Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns, refunds and warranty work at Jenny’s Store.

Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, it must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Warranty & defects

Every order is covered against manufacturing defects and dead-on-arrival units for 90 days from delivery. If your item develops a defect in that window, message us with your order number and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Partial refunds

A partial refund may apply to items that aren’t in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error — and to returns submitted more than 30 days after delivery.

Non-refundable items

Sale items can’t be refunded — only regular-priced items qualify.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund is applied to your original payment method within a few business days. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund and are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll send you the return address.

Return shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service for valuable items — we can’t guarantee we’ll receive an untracked return.
